Suitcasing
is defined as any activity
intended to solicit business,
promote products or services, or
distribute
materials to event participants
without prior written
authorization from SLAS.
Only confirmed exhibitors and
sponsors are permitted to engage
in sales or
promotional activity at the Event.
Any individual observed soliciting
business
in event spaces (including aisles,
public areas, meeting rooms, or
another
company’s exhibit booth) in
violation of this policy may be
subject to
immediate removal from the Event
without refund. SLAS reserves the
right to
impose additional sanctions,
including denial of participation
in future SLAS
events.
