Please note the following new policy for SLAS2026
Cancellation Requests: SLAS will not issue refunds after a registration is completed. All registration sales are final at the time of purchase. You may submit a request for an exception by emailing slasreg@discoversb.com, which will be reviewed within 30 days post-event.
Substitutions: Substitutions can be made at any time before the registrant's badge being printed onsite. A $50 processing fee will apply to EACH change. To request a substitution, email slasreg@discoversb.com with the name of the original registrant and the name/email address of the substitute. Note: Exhibitor registrants who need to substitute for a registrant using one of their complimentary badges are not subject to the $50 processing fee.
Changes to Registration Type: Those wishing to change their registration type must contact SLAS2026 Registration at slasreg@discoversb.com. Applicable pricing will be applied to upgraded registrations. Refunds for registration downgrades are not offered.
Membership Fees: Membership dues refunds for dues purchased via the event registration website must be approved by SLAS. To request a membership dues refund, please contact Gina Anzalone, ganzalone@slas.org.
