Please note the following new policies for SLAS2026. There are two separate policies for Attendees and Exhibitors

 

SLAS2026 Attendee Substitution/Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation Requests:
SLAS will not issue refunds after registration is completed. All registration sales are final at the time of purchase. 

Substitutions: One substitution per registrant is permitted on or before January 28, 2026. A $50 processing fee applies. After January 28, 2026, no substitutions will be granted. To request a substitution, the original registrant must email slasreg@discoversb.com and submit payment within 72 hours upon request. Requests without timely payment will be canceled and must be resubmitted. Once processed, the substitute registrant will be responsible for updating their personal details and other registration form responses. Memberships purchased with the original registration remain with the original registrant. 

Changes to Registration Type: Those wishing to change their registration type must contact SLAS2026 Registration at slasreg@discoversb.com.Applicable pricing will be applied to upgraded registrations. Downgrading your registration type (Full Conference to Exhibition Only) is not permitted. 



SLAS2026 Exhibitor Substitution/Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation Requests:
SLAS will not issue refunds after registration is completed. All registration sales are final at the time of purchase. 

Substitutions: Exhibitor badge substitutions are permitted on or before January 28, 2026. After January 28, 2026, no substitutions will be granted. Substitutions may be done via the Exhibitor Portal by your booth admin. 

Changes to Registration Type: Exhibitors wishing to change their registration type must contact their booth admin. You can change your complimentary registration (Complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference or Complimentary Exhibitor Booth Personnel) at no charge. Downgrading your paid registration (Exhibitor Full Conference to Exhibitor Booth Personnel) is not permitted.
