During the online registration process, you will have the option to request a Visa Letter of Invitation. You must first register — paying any applicable registration fees – before you can request a letter of invitation. You will receive the letter via email 48-72 hours after you complete and pay for your registration and complete the letter request form. In order to request a Visa Letter of Invitation, you will be required to submit the following information:
- Passport Expiration Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Passport Country of Issue
- Name as it Appears on Your Passport
SLAS recommends that all Letter requests be made as early as possible due to the current Visa application processing schedule.
Refund requests due to being denied a visa will be honored per the refund policy if SLAS is notified of the denial by the refund request deadline of December 8, 2025. Requests received after this deadline will be processed within 30 days of the conference conclusion.
